About
Digestion, pain
pelvic
and persistent discomfort

Sensations that can take different forms
Bloating, abdominal discomfort or feelings of tension in the pelvic area can have very diverse origins.
Digestive disorders and pelvic pain are complex and may require medical evaluation to determine the cause and, where necessary, to offer appropriate treatment.
The body as a whole
Our bodily experience is not limited to a particular area.
Breathing, movement, tension, posture, stress, and bodily sensations interact differently in each person.
SOMA thus approaches the body as a whole, without seeking to attribute a digestive or pelvic symptom to a single cause.
What place for SOMA?
SOMA is not intended to treat a digestive disorder, pelvic pain or any other pathology.
The approach offers complementary, gentle and individualized body support, focused on sensations, tensions, breathing, movement and bodily comfort.
When a condition such as endometriosis or irritable bowel syndrome has been diagnosed, SOMA can only be used as a complementary approach to the care pathway, without replacing medical follow-up.
